After retiring from UCSF, Maureen has returned on a part-time basis to the Ombuds Office, providing individual, two-party and team facilitation services.  She also continues to teach collaborative conflict management and negotiation skills through the Center for Faculty Educators. With 25 years of mediation experience in UC academic healthcare environments, Maureen’s conflict coaching provides options in the context of UCSF’s organizational culture and priorities, policies and procedures and PRIDE values.
